Kristin is in Colorado for a little vacation. She called this morning to tell me she is having a good time and today they will do some "hutting". Kristin said that it was blizzard conditions and they were waiting for an opening in the weather so they could hike to this hut. Ken's hut is located 10 miles southeast of Breckenridge. There is no running water and an outhouse for the bathroom. Ha! Kristin, Kate and Karen (the 3 K's) will have a real adventure. I'm sure Kristin will be blogging about all the details when she gets back to Madison. I just hope they watch out for avalanches and wild animals.

Kristin's home for the next two days
