For years the Wisconsin Electric (WE Energies) has put out a holiday cookie recipe book for all of their customers. For many housewives in the 50's and 60's, this was their Christmas cookie bible. Many Wisconsin families grew up with many of these cookies. This year marked the 80th Anniversary of this publication.
